Recently I did a extensive research among various real estate avenues in Hyderabad with Outer Ring Road (ORR) as final point. It looks like Uppal to Pocharam belt seems to ONE of the best avenues to explore!!. Some of the hightlights:
1) Uppal to Pocharam belt ( Uppal, Narapally, Annojiguda, Pocharam, Yamnampet) - is on Warangal National Hwy.
2) Close distance to Uppal Metro Rail station. Direct metro rail to Hi-Tech City!.
3) Several valid panchayat layouts, few HMDA layouts.
4) Couple of IT parks in Uppal area ( Ramanathapur Hyd public school to Uppal junction belt, beside cricket stadium, also heard form various sources that Uppal industrial area companies were told to RELOCATE to new outskirts like Toopran/Bibinagar/Sangareddy etc and park will be slowly converted to full IT park)
5) Infosys's SEZ is largest in south east Asia @ Pocharam halfway constructed and partially operational.
6) Land price is still with in the range of INR 5K - 8K/sq yard.
7) Just beside ORR junction.
8) Close to MMTS.
9) Close to Bibinagar railway junction.Most major trains have stop at this station.
